Understanding Society User Support: Helpdesk appointments

Have a question about using Understanding Society? Discuss it directly with our User Support team by making an appointment for the online help-desk.

The Understanding Society User Support team will now be hosting the online help-desk by appointment. This will be facilitated through an online Go To Meeting session.

These free online sessions are for data users who would like to discuss with User Support how to understand, manage and prepared Understanding Society data for analysis. We want our data users to make the best use of the Study and through this help-desk hour we are offering you the chance to have your questions addressed in person by the User Support team.

Understanding Society has a JISCMail email discussion list for users of the Study to ask and answer questions about analysing the dataset.

Subscribers to this list are pre-approved by Understanding Society, but once you are subscribed your messages to the list will not be moderated. Please ensure that you abide by the JiscMail code of conduct and post things which are polite and helpful to fellow data users.

On Wednesdays at 2-3pm, the Understanding Society User Support team will be hosting an online help-desk hour. This will be facilitated through an online Go To Meeting session.

This free one hour online session is for data users who would like to discuss with User Support how to understand, manage and prepared Understanding Society data for analysis. We want our data users to make the best use of the Study and through this help-desk hour we are offering you the chance to have your questions addressed in person by the User Support team. You'll also hear from others using the Study and be able to share your work and experience of using these data.
