Please do not post any data files as an attachment to your issue as this would violate your licence agreement with UKDS
If it is necessary to post details of the data, e.g. to reference pidps, the issue will be set to private so that only the user posting the query and team members at Understanding Society can see it.

Response times

We aim to respond to simple queries within 48 hours and more complex issues within 7 working days. While we will aim to keep to this response times due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) related situation it may take us longer to respond. Additionally, this week due to annual leave, responses may be slower.


We are keen to hear about any data issues and experiences that you have as this will help us build the best possible knowledge database for the UKHLS and BHPS data sets.
